The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking, strategic analysis, strategy formulation, business case development and communication skills. They will be well-versed with the insurance company operations and financial management. The candidate is expected to have excellent PowerPoint, Excel and Storyboarding skills. They are expected to have graduated from a premier institution and worked for 2-3 years in a leading Strategy and Management Consulting firms.
