They strategically channel these investments towards climate mitigation projects that strengthen the adaptive capacities of communities that are on the frontlines of the climate crisis. Their mission extends beyond initial deployment by leveraging our Value-Networks to ensure the long-term sustainability of these crucial Ventures.
Our client has successfully engaged over 200 businesses in adopting sustainable practices within their supply chains, ensuring transparency and excellence across its diverse portfolio. With a focus on standardized policies, driving innovative climate solutions and fosters social change through its initiatives. The organization has positively impacted 7 million rural households, supported over 5 million smallholder farmers, and sustainably managed over 5 million hectares of land.
Over 16 years in the carbon markets, they have mobilized over $600 million for Project Implementers (PIs) and projects, working with more than 100 service providers to deliver meaningful and scalable climate action.
Keeping in line with the firms growth trajectory and vision, they intend to onboard an exceptional and astute individual to join them as a CFO to drive the firms growth to the next phase through Capital & Fund Raise, Business Restructuring and potential public listing.
The core responsibilities would be :
1. Capital & Fund Raise and Investor Relations
2. Business Management and Planning
3. Financial Management & Controls
We would be interested with applicants who have current experience and exposure to Capital Raising ( Non Negotiable ), working experience in other areas of Business Finance & Corporate Strategy would be beneficial, but Capital Raising experience is a must.
