Education: CA / MBA / Post Graduate
– Operations and Customer Service experience of automation and digital projects in Asset Management/Banking & Financial services/Insurance sectors
– Develop and implement efficient Operational processes to enhance productivity and service quality
– Ensure all processes align with regulatory requirements and industry standards, identifying and mitigating operational risks
– Establish benchmarks to monitor process efficiency and effectiveness, making data driven recommendations for improvement
– Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes
– Leverage technology and automation to improve operational workflows and drive innovation
– Integration of AMC Central office, Branches, RTA, and other digital platforms to ensure seemless service delivery
– Study the performance indicators of all customer service delivery platforms and lead the implementation of process changes
– Lead and mentor a team of process managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
– Manage various audits like SEBI , Internal and Statutory audits
