Overview
The organization is a leading multi-diversified conglomerate. It is the the strategic investment arm of the group.
You will get a chance to be a part of the Investments team of the organization which will decide how the group can invest in, and incubate strategically relevant opportunities that are likely to have a significant impact on the group’s business in the future.
1) Sourcing & Executing deals: Handling investment end-to-end (sourcing of relevant opportunities, vetting/scrutinizing, negotiating term sheet, necessary internal work for IC presentations, liaise with relevant internal/external stakeholders for finalization of definitive agreements and other deal closure related activities).
2) Portfolio Management: Periodic review of portfolio companies (monitoring their KPIs, keeping track of progress towards mutually agreed milestones etc.).
3) Drive Strategic Initiatives: Identify and drive projects with portfolio companies that create substantial value add to business(s). The person is required to grasp understanding of all businesses and accordingly iterate deal sourcing opportunities that will have substantive synergies with the Group’s value chain.
