Overview

– The Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team is responsible for identification, planning and delivery of strategic initiatives that enable the Controllership and broader Finance organization to achieve their objectives. The team supports the delivery of large-scale projects that support Mergers & Acquisition deals, improve processes, enhance the control environment, support business growth activities, and implement new technologies. The S&T team is part of the broader Controllership organization

– The role will be responsible for supporting and executing initiatives by driving the delivery of key project outcomes. This role will have significant exposure to global stakeholders and senior leaders. While the projects will change over time, a strong set of core project management skills is required.

Key Responsibilities:

– Support transformation projects and strategic initiatives for various parts of the Controllership and broader Finance organization.

– Comprehensive project management to execute on strategic priorities, taking a project from solution design, planning and mobilization through execution & delivery.

– Establish end-to-end processes, controls, dashboards / metrics and requirements for sponsored projects.

– Consistent application of governance standards across all project types.

Extensive stakeholder engagement and facilitation across all levels of management.

Required Qualifications:

– 3+ years of relevant experience in driving Project Management, Process Transformation and Reengineering, with proven ability to lead multiple large-scale initiatives, independently

– Excellent communication skills and track record of collaborating, influencing, and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners, including senior leaders

– Proven ability to manage multiple demands successfully within a matrixed organization

– Results oriented, ability to lead and influence without authority

Preferred Qualifications

– Good understanding of Controllership Processes

Degree in Finance, Accounting or closely related fields / MBA

– Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with Technology to drive solutions

– Strong understanding of Process Mapping, Analysis and other relevant Six Sigma methodology

– Proven strategic thought leadership with ability to translate strategy into well-defined outcomes
