Overview

JOB ROLE:

– Engage with the Product Manager/Business Heads to develop understanding on product attributes, customer segments and positioning understanding for communication consistency.

– Demonstrate reasonable knowledge and expertise on business challenges and targets for the year for the various products under the portfolio handled.

– Develop communication through collaborations with advertising agencies/in-house design teams as per organizational guidelines for various Product Marketing campaigns.

– Effectively use Marketing elements & channels for communication.

– Track & analyse campaign efficacy & work towards improving the efficacy of the communication as measured through quantitative parameters.

– Track competition (E-commerce players, BFSI Players, and Others) to understand the latest trends/best practices and implement them quickly.

– Refer to research for insight mining (understanding triggers and barriers) and apply it for developing effective communication.

– Use A/B testing to continuously improve efficacy and build learning of what works and what doesn’t.

– Work on innovations and leveraging technology for client outreach and response Efficacy.
