Key Responsibilities:

Project Site Coordination:

– Serve as the primary liaison between project sites and external/internal stakeholders.

– Coordinate with various agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project progress.

– Regularly monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Escrow and NOC Management:

– Ensure efficient management of escrow accounts in compliance with regulatory norms.

– Coordinate with legal and financial teams for timely issuance of No Objection Certificates (NOCs).

Business Plan Development and Implementation:

– Assist in developing detailed business plans for real estate investments.

– Ensure alignment of project execution with the approved business plans.

Reporting and Presentations:

– Prepare quarterly reports on project progress, financials, and other key metrics for top management.

– Deliver presentations to stakeholders, including investment updates and compliance tracking.

Stakeholder Communication:

– Maintain clear and proactive communication with investors, consultants, and senior management.

– Address project-related queries and provide regular updates.

Risk Management and Compliance:

– Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.

– Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and fund objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, Finance, or a related field.

– 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate project management, AIFs, or investment management.

– Strong understanding of CAT-II AIF structures and real estate investment dynamics.
