Position: Principal Analyst – Asset Backed Strategies (CMBS/CRE Research)

Qualification: MBA/CA
Job Description:
1) Experience in financial research or analysis, with an exceptional focus on CMBS or CRE investments.
2)A proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
3) Proficiency in financial modeling and market research
4) A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
5)The ability to generate research ideas and convert them into actionable investment strategies
6)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1) This will involve, but is not limited to, developing bespoke financial models, performing data and investment analysis, conducting relative value analysis for potential investment opportunities in CMBS, generating innovative research ideas related to the sector, and effectively collaborating with the trading desk to execute them
2) Geographical focus for our CMBS investments is in the USA
3) You will support the front office in conducting comprehensive research and in-depth analysis of CMBS/CRE loans and bonds, including investment analysis, property/bond valuation and cash flow modeling
