Manager – Talent Acquisition – Real Estate

Location : Kherawadi.

Experience: 4-5 years.

Real Estate experience is must.

Responsibilities.

Leadership & Strategy Development:

– Manage the talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment goals.

– Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates in line with business needs.

– Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide talent solutions.

– Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

Recruitment & Sourcing:

– Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates for various roles.

– Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking events, recruitment agencies, etc.) to identify top talent.

– Implement and optimize recruitment technologies and tools to improve sourcing efficiency.

– Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and professional conduct.

– Conduct interview training and coaching for hiring managers to ensure consistency in the hiring process.

Qualifications:

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

– Strong organizational and project management abilities.

– In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing, and screening techniques.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
