Responsibilities :
– Connectivity to both the Regional Heads of Operations, Client Product Teams, NFR ( Non Financial Risk ) Community and becomes a trusted partner to our clients (both internal & external)
– Drives and maintains the connectivity and inclusion across the global operational teams within Investment Operation.
– Forms a strategic partnership with both the Operational Design Implementation & Risk functions within Investment Operation
– Drives partnership with Technology and other support functions to achieve seamless execution of the Investment Operation product.
Governance and Committee Memberships (membership of ExCos, Risk Management Meeting):
– Investment Operation MANCOM
– Investment Operation Risk Management Meeting
– Protects the interests of the Bank and manage operational risk.
– Strategic execution of the people agenda building a diverse and optimal operational unit
Qualifications:
– Exposure to Custody and Markets Operations products and processes
– Proven experience (minimum 5 years) of providing MSS Operations leadership and management within a Securities Services and Global Markets environment.
– Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of objectives together with a track record of development of individuals.
– Proven track record of delivering scalable and sizeable transformational projects and change programmes.
