Overview
– Ensuring timely and appropriate responses to queries and mails received from RBI and other regulators by coordinating and collating data and responses from different BUs within the Bank.
– Liasing with RBI, IBA etc for seeking clarifications and responses on the queries raised by BUs.
– Dissemination of regulatory circulars to internal stakeholders and further circulation of actionable emanating therein and follow-up for completion of the same within the prescribed timelines.
– Tracking of regulatory returns submitted by the Bank
– Acting as nodal officer of the Bank for depositories and stock exchanges, filing of prescribed related returns and handling of SCORES portal.
– Handling of returns on DAKSH portal
– Dissemination of instructions received from LEAs to concerned BUs of the Bank and tracking the same till logical conclusion.
– Acting as Nodal officer for Merchant Banking and Bankers to Issue activates.
