Senior Manager – FP&A

Job Summary:

– We’re seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead the firm-wide budget and forecasting process.

– Collaborate with business leaders on annual compensation review exercises.

– Analyze expense trends, create financial/non-financial dashboards, and simulation models.

– Benchmark compensation and non-compensation metrics.

– Cater to ad-hoc requests based on business requirements.

– Lead a small team of managers/analysts.

Requirements:

– Accounting background with MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant.

– 7-11 years of relevant experience.

– Self-driven approach with strong sense of ownership.

– Ability to conceptualize solutions for unstructured queries.

– Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

– Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

– Strong stakeholder management skills.
