Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities:

– Building a focus towards investment X-sell among RM population & Building on Investment penetration of HNI clients

– Moving towards an advisory model on wealth products for HNIs by offering structures across platforms including alternate products

Core Responsibilities:

– Ensuring RM activation & focus on investment products. Going on Joint meetings to build volumes along with new to investment penetration of the portfolio

– Ensuring 100%complaince of regulatory matters including EUIN & NISM within timelines

– Training RMs & building knowledge levels through training /workshops/in coordination with partner teams

People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities:

– Overall building on AUM by growing investment book of the bank and ensuring one stop platform for managing client investments across wealth products/platforms

– Inculcating client risk profiling before reviewing client portfolios & making recommendations and ensuring portfolio rebalancing basis needs of client

Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities:

– 100% of certification to be driven
