Branch Sales Manager EDIL (Education Infrastructure Loan)
Job Locations : Gulbarga, Hubli, Hisar
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for secured business products.
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning and identify new business opportunities.
– Set annual sales quotas for assigned regions and monitor team performance against targets.
– Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective sales goals.
– Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and training to enhance team skills and productivity.
– Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to ensure sustained motivation and success.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to support long-term business growth.
– Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with customer needs and organizational goals.
– Prepare and analyze sales reports and metrics to evaluate performance and inform data-driven decisions.
– Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation for optimal ROI.
– Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
– Handle customer escalations effectively and ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
– Graduates (Preferred); Post-Graduates (Optional, MBA/PGDM preferred).
– Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in education infrastructure loans (K12 School and College Funding).
