Overview
Job Description:
– The position incumbent will be responsible for long term and short-term financial planning, forecasts, and financial models and analysis for strategic financial insights to help a business make decisions.
– Work closely with cross-functional heads to arrive at budgets.
– She/he will serve as the lead Financial Analyst for the Company.
– Business and industry analysis to identify key trends, risks and opportunities.
– Influence Cross functional Heads and present key data.
Responsibilities:
Financial analysis:
– Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
– Support the senior Leadership team with data-driven analysis and act as a sounding board when making commercial decisions and formulating strategy
Business Review and dashboarding:
– Timely dashboards, smart metrics for informed financial & Operational views.
– Optimize non-financial/financial information.
– Track business performance vis- vis competition and suggest opportunities for efficiency.
Planning and Budgeting:
– Collaborate with departments to prepare budget guidelines and maintain budgets.
Business Development & Strategic Initiatives:
– Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
– Partnering with business team for customer contracts finalization, costing, pricing, discounts and claims.
Education: Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance) regular from Tier I or Tier II colleges
