Job Role

– Originating & executing structured transactions leveraging various relationship teams in the group

– Scoping and scanning the market for origination of deals across specific locations and clients

– Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders for the successful closure of the deal

– Identifying new opportunities/structures across sectors and situations

– Developing pitches with financing solutions

– Preparation of analytical material for internal credit underwriting and for external investors

– Working with sales team and prospective investors for placement

– Closure of deal including sanctions, documentation and disbursement

Job Requirement :

– MBA from Tier 1 Institutes / CA (rankers / first attempt) with 7-10 years relevant experience

– Good understanding of various financing structures, NCD & Loan documentation process, taxation and regulatory frameworks

– Good communication and presentation skills
