Overview
ZETWERK, the world’s largest contract manufacturing marketplace, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team. In this role, you will support strategic initiatives, evaluate potential acquisitions, and assist in seamless integrations to drive ZETWERK’s growth. You will play a key role in market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and execution of transactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Target Evaluation
– Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential acquisition targets.
– Perform desktop research & competitive analysis to assess strategic benefits.
– Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate the strategic fit of potential acquisitions.
– Assist in reaching out to shortlisted targets to gauge availability, willingness, and valuation expectations.
– Prepare pitch decks and investment memos for internal decision-making.
2. M&A Transaction Execution
– Support the due diligence process across financial, operational, and legal aspects.
– Assist in building financial models and valuation analysis.
– Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth execution of transactions.
– Prepare and present transaction reports and insights to senior management.
3. Corporate Development & Integration
– Monitor and track the performance of existing investments and acquisitions.
– Assist in the integration of acquired businesses and assets into ZETWERK.
– Support initiatives to explore new business opportunities and partnerships.
Who We’re Looking For:
– 1-4 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or a related field.
– A degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields (MBA, CA, or CFA preferred but not mandatory).
– Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
– Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
– Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
– Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects related to M&A is a plus.
