Overview
To support the management of Debt & Equity transactional, processing or functional support activities: ensuring that work is dealt with efficiently and accurately, in accordance with policies and procedures in order to provide business partners and customers with a cost effective and efficient best practice service.
– Perform daily functions such as reporting exception management and remediation, data reconciliations and the production of management information
– To act as a subject matter expert across specific Debt & Equity operational processes
– Review work accuracy and completeness of colleagues

Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role
– To process the allocated workload within the area of operation, efficiently, accurately and within the timescales and standards set out in performance standards and targets, utilising basic systems/equipment as required to provide colleagues and customers with high quality support
– To liaise with business partners and external customers, ensuring that instructions, enquiries and queries, are acted on efficiently and effectively, maintaining effective working relationships
– To escalate any problems, issues or risks which could potentially have a negative impact on any aspect of business operations, financial position or the level and quality of service provided to customers. e.g. process related issues.
