Job Title-Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure proper policies, procedures, processes and internal controls are put in place and proper governance is practiced and upheld.
– Overseeing regular reconciliations of all accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
– Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and overseeing the coordination of stat audit.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic objectives.
– Tracking various Retail specific metrics to provide insights and to prevent potential risks by exercising control.
– Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad hoc reports, tools, dashboards and recommendation of actions for optimization of costs.
– Work closely with business team, as a business partner from finance function, report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
– Provide deep dive analysis and create financial models for decision making.
– Drive revenue initiatives with direct impact to the financial performance.
– Effective Management of working capital and provide insights around health of inventory through aging reports.
Work Experience:
– 3-4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and control.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Proficiency in Excel and Google sheets
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
