Overview
Experience:

– Some experience working with hardware
Skills & Expertise:
– Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, compliance, and operational setup.
– Solid understanding of startup environments, including cash flow and burn rate management.
– Skilled in tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and accounting platforms.
Educational Background:
– CA//MBA preferred. Alternatively, strong hands-on experience in startup finance and administration is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
– Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and oversee budgets for operational and R&D needs, ensuring optimal use of seed funding.
– Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow and burn rate to maintain financial health.
– Financial Modeling & Reporting: Create detailed financial models, projections, and reports for internal teams and investor updates.
– Compliance & Taxation: Collaborate with external accountants to ensure timely compliance with tax, legal, and audit requirements.
Admin and Legal:
– Operational Processes: Establish and manage internal processes for procurement, vendor relationships, payroll, and employee reimbursements.
– Regulatory Compliance: Oversee legal and regulatory compliance to ensure the company meets startup-specific requirements.
– Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact for investors, advisors, and legal counsel.
– Office Operations: Manage daily office functions and cultivate a productive and efficient work environment.
