Job Description
– Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, analyzing financial statements, business
models, market dynamics and competitive landscape
– Financial modelling and analysis – conduct comprehensive financial analysis: analyze financial statements,
market dynamics, competitive landscape etc.
– Build detailed financial model to assess and track the financial performance of the company
– Portfolio management – day-to-day monitoring of portfolio companies, tracking key metrics, regular check-ins with the management, analysis of MIS and all affiliated files, and providing strategic inputs etc.
– Support and summarize the thesis or thesis document where applicable
– Support in lining up high-value meetings for thesis building, diligence work and network building
What You’ll Need / Qualification
– Must have at least 3 years of strong experience in Investment Banking/PE/growth VC
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with deep understanding of finance and accounting
– Strong financial acumen, analytical skills and proficiency in MS-office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
– Excellent Interpersonal skills & ability to build strong relationships.
– Understanding of business dynamics across key sectors
