– Ensure legal & compliance adherence, risk assessment.

– Drive governance, stakeholder engagement, talent development.

– Identify market expansion & business opportunities.

– Lead crisis management & contingency planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

– Education: CA, CS, MBA, ICWA, or CFA.

– Age: 40-50 years.

– Industry Preference: Construction, Retail, Restaurant.
