Overview

The Branch Manager – Wealth is responsible for managing and growing the wealth management business at the branch level. This role involves delivering excellent client experience, achieving revenue targets, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the bank’s wealth strategy and expanding the client base through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Revenue Generation:

– Drive the branch’s wealth management business to achieve financial targets.

– Identify and develop new business opportunities in the wealth segment.

– Foster strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs).

Client Relationship Management:

– Provide tailored financial solutions to clients, including investments, insurance, and banking products.

– Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

– Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and recommend adjustments to meet clients’ financial goals.

Team Leadership and Performance Management:

– Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors.

– Monitor team performance against targets and provide guidance to improve outcomes.

– Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Compliance and Risk Management:

– Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

– Mitigate risks by implementing robust controls and monitoring mechanisms.

– Stay updated on regulatory changes and guide the team accordingly.

Operational Excellence:

– Optimize branch operations to enhance productivity and efficiency.

– Oversee the smooth functioning of daily branch activities.

– Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and operational metrics.
