Educational Background: CA, MBA in Finance, Bachelor of Accounting, or equivalent.
Work Experience: 7-10 years in relevant fields.

Key Responsibilities:
– Head the financial functions and participate as a member of top management.
– Manage and consolidate individual divisions with the corporate center.
– Oversee taxation, banking, treasury, strategy & M&A, and fund-raising activities.
– Enhance communication and leadership capabilities within the team.
– Align financial strategies with corporate growth initiatives.
– Manage significant assets, supporting major acquisitions and divestments.
– Be actively involved in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring financial due diligence and integration success.
– Drive the transition towards higher deal sizes and international markets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Proven track record in managing large-scale assets and driving financial strategy.
– Experience in mergers and acquisitions and strategic financial planning.
– Strong understanding of the electrical engineering manufacturing industry.
– Leadership skills and financial acumen essential for navigating growth and achieving ambitious goals.
Work Schedule:
– 6 Days a week (Monday to Saturday), 1st & 3rd Saturday off.
– Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM.
