Financial Due Diligence

– Spectral Consultants is hiring for Financial Due Diligence with a leading audit, tax & consulting firm.

– Manager level: 8-10 years overall experience (4-5 years of minimum exp. into core FDD)

– Supervisor level: 5-7 years overall experience (3 years of minimum exp. into core FDD)

Hybrid mode (2 days work from house)

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage end-to-end financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.

– Identify financial risks, key deal considerations, and provide strategic insights to clients.

– Review and analyze financial statements, earnings quality, working capital adjustments, and net debt calculations.

– Prepare high-quality due diligence reports, executive summaries, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investment banks, PE firms, and other stakeholders.

– Mentor and train junior team members, ensuring quality deliverables and best practices.

– Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal development.

Requirements:

– 5-10 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or investment banking.

– Proven expertise in leading FDD engagements and managing multiple transactions.

– Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting standards, and transaction structuring.
