Overview
– We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Finance Manager to join our team.
– The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA or CMA with 3-5 years of experience in business finance, possessing a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss management.
– This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and leadership skills, capable of driving financial efficiency and providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Financial Planning and Forecasting: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with the organization’s strategic business goals.
– Conduct regular financial reviews and provide accurate financial projections.
– Profit and Loss Management: Optimize profit and loss strategies to maximize returns and achieve financial targets.
– Analyze and interpret P&L statements to identify areas for improvement.
– Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation and analysis of P&L statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets to ensure financial integrity.
– Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
– Strategic Financial Advice: Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to support key business decisions and deals.
– Evaluate financial risks and opportunities associated with business initiatives.
