Chief Financial Officer
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead all aspects of financial management, including cash flow management, investments, budgeting, and financial reporting.
– Drive the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Develop and oversee annual operating, capital, and program budgets, ensuring accurate financial forecasting.
– Implement internal controls, best practices, and financial policies to enhance operational efficiency.
– Ensure compliance with national and local financial regulations, staying updated on evolving legislation.
– Collaborate with senior management to develop budget proposals and provide insights on cost optimization.
– Evaluate and manage capital structure, fundraising initiatives, and risk exposure.
– Monitor business performance, establish corrective measures, and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
– Oversee finance personnel and financial IT systems, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
– Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 25 years of experience, including 5+ years in an executive leadership role.
– Proven expertise in financial strategy, risk management, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.
– Strong leadership skills, personal integrity, and business acumen.
– Exceptional verbal, written, and analytical skills.
– Experience in raising capital beyond traditional credit lines.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in international finance, mergers & acquisitions, and investor relations.
– Familiarity with SaaS business models and revenue recognition strategies.
