Job Title: Relationship Manager Lending Partnership Team
Role Overview:
As a Relationship Manager in the Lending Partnership Team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strategic lending partnerships with banks and NBFCs. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing operational activities, managing loan portfolios, and addressing customer escalations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, including senior stakeholders from leading financial institutions, to drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
– Align and communicate with central leadership of Banks/NBFCs to fully own the account
– Manage key initiatives with lending partners, drive process improvements, negotiate commercials, and address customer complaints to strengthen business relationships.
– Engage regularly with various functions of the Banks, such as Business, Risk, Legal, and Marketing.
– Initiate short-term and long-term strategic initiatives in partnership with Banks.
– Plan and execute programs across internal and external stakeholders to drive key metrics within deadlines through effective prioritization.
Business & Growth Monitoring: Monitor the performance of your lending partners, track business growth, and recommend strategies for improvement
Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct regular data analysis and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders on key process improvements
Qualifications & Prerequisites:
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Management, Commerce, or a related field
Experience: 3+ years of experience in relationship management, partnership development, or a related role within the financial services industry, preferably involving Banks or NBFCs.
Technical Skills:
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
– Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Industry Knowledge: Prior knowledge of the financial services and lending industry, including an understanding of NBFC and digital lending regulations, is preferred
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with institutional partners as a relationship manager.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and manage conflicts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
This role involves periodic travel to the head offices of Banks and NBFCs as needed
