Assistant Vice President/Vice President – Front End Investment Banking – Infrastructure Vertical – Big4

– Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of front-end Investment Banking experience

– Sector expertise: Prior IB experience in Infrastructure

– Location: Gurugram/ Mumbai

We are seeking a AVP/VP – Investment Banking to join our team and play a key role in executing M&A and private equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring. They will also have a proven track record of success in deal execution and relationship management. Prior experience in infrastructure is necessary.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct financial analysis and prepare valuation reports for M&A and private equity transactions in the Infrastructure domain.

– Develop and structure transaction proposals.

– Manage investor relationships and negotiate with counterparties.

– Contribute to due diligence efforts.

– Assist with post-transaction integration.

Qualifications:

– 5-10 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A and private equity.

– Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.

– Prior experience in Infrastructure as a sector.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
