– The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical role in developing and implementing the financial strategy of the company.
– The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the business, drive financial planning, manage risk, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
– This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, ideally within the beverage manufacturing industry.
– Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
-Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and corporate policies.
– Manage internal and external audits, ensuring all findings are addressed promptly.
– Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
– Optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
– Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
– Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
– Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic investments.
– Serve as a key point of contact for financial stakeholders, including investors, board members, and auditors.
– Communicate financial performance, strategies, and risks effectively to stakeholders.
– Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and executive team.
– Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
– Oversee taxation /GST compliances.
– Manage company-wide financial compliance efforts.
– Must have experience and working with ERP systems such as SAP or Business dynamic
– Streamline and optimize the accounts department processes using these systems.
