Overview
– Looking to hire a Manager – Finance & Accounts (Corporate) for a reputed, institutional investor-backed platform operating in the Indian roads and highways sector.
– Based in Mumbai, this role will anchor the corporate finance function, overseeing statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit coordination across the holding company and multiple SPVs.
Key Responsibilities :
– Prepare and review financial statements for the HO and SPVs in compliance with IND AS, IGAAP, and the Companies Act
– Drive closure of statutory and tax audits; present quarterly and annual financials to the Board and senior management
– Manage MIS dashboards, budget reviews, and financial presentations
– Ensure compliance with FEMA, Income Tax Act, and other applicable regulations
– Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external auditors to maintain strong financial controls
Ideal Candidate Profile :
– Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience
– Strong knowledge of IND AS, financial controls, and audit processes
– Exposure to infrastructure, asset-heavy industries, or SPV/InvIT structures is preferred
– Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
