Overview
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Leadership:
– Drive financial strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities
– Partner with the CEO and Board to shape long-term vision, capital planning, and growth roadmaps
– Lead investor relations, fundraising efforts (equity and debt), and M&A initiatives
– Provide financial insights for decision-making across pricing, product strategy, and GTM
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
– Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
– Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across business units
– Deliver actionable insights for cost optimization, revenue acceleration, and margin improvement
Accounting, Controls & Compliance
– Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP
– Build strong internal controls and governance structures
– Oversee statutory audits, tax planning, and regulatory compliance
Operational Finance:
– Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Tech) to drive process efficiency
– Implement systems and tools for automation, reporting, and analytics
Qualifications & Skills:
– CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) from a Tier 1 institute
– 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in consumer brands or digital/tech-enabled businesses
– Proven experience in fundraising, stakeholder management, and scaling finance in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
– Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills
