Overview
Responsibilities:
– Act as a liaison between executive management and administrative, hiring, networking and other teams.
– Present critical matters, manage multiple tasks and regularly communicate the requirements with executive management
– Participate in discussions with banks, exchanges, consultants, brokers and other service providers in India to find ideal solutions to suit the company’s requirements
– Drive discussions and deals with service providers for colocation infrastructure, low latency lease lines, prime brokerages and stock exchanges in India
Qualifications:
– 8-10+ years of experience as operations manager for middle office and/or back office in a reputed financial firm
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a recognized financial firm as a team leader.
– Able to prioritize tasks, work independently and carry out various responsibilities
– Undergraduate or graduate degree from a top college or university
– Brilliant problem-solving and analytics (number crunching) skill
– Assertive and clear style of communication with fluency in English
