Overview
Candidate should have Tier 1 Pedigree and minimum 4 years of experience in an IR function within a PE/VC fund
Be an integral part of the Investor Relations team to support any investor related tasks for the Quadria platform
– Project management of any fundraising projects including management of investor database, meeting schedules and notes, investor follow-up tasks, weekly internal updates
– Coordinating and managing responses for investor due diligence questionnaires
– Investor presentation materials including preparation and update of presentation materials
– Investor communications and any fund related matters including reporting, advisory committee related topics, annual reports
– Managing and coordinating public relations matters for Quadria including newsletters, social media
– Attending investor calls and meetings as needed
– Working with the relevant teams on co-investment processes
