Associate – Equity Team
One of the largest providers of renewable power to corporations in the country for more than a decade by setting up Wind, Solar, and Hybrid power projects
Position:- Equity Team Member
Location:- Mumbai
Preferred Experience:
– Advanced financial modeling and excel skills
– Renewable energy sector
– Consulting, investment banking, buy-side, or corporate finance
– Extensive experience with Excel and PPT
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage due diligence for equity fundraises (technical, financial, legal, corporate)
– Prepare and maintain data rooms – to be used for investor/ fund raise diligence
– Analyze data for investor/consultant presentations and lead/ manage conversations
– Coordinate with consultants/agencies for due diligence
– Develop and analyze Holdco financial models for management discussions
– Create investor pitch packs ensuring data accuracy
– Manage Joint Ventures, strategic initiatives, and Holdco level equity-like transactions
– Handle investor relations and project approvals
– Prepare and run the Annual Operating Plan/Business Plan and monthly reporting
Skills/Experience/Competencies:
– Diligent and detail-oriented
– Self-motivated and problem-solving
– Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling
– Quick learner with strong communication skills
– We are looking for 30day joiners,
– 2-3 years exp from top B school or CA;
– Exp of having done fundraising for their company, clients or startups is Mandatory
