What You’ll Own?

– Design and drive end-to-end L&D strategy across technical and behavioral domains

– Lead a team of specialists to deliver high-impact learning programs

– Build competency frameworks and leadership pipelines

– Collaborate with business leaders on capability-building and strategic talent development

– Use data to shape learning decisions, optimize processes, and measure impact

– Lead vendor management and enhance the learner experience across platforms

What We’re Looking For?

– Master’s in HR or related field

– Extensive experience in large-scale talent development, preferably in matrixed or global organizations

– Strong exposure to leadership development, organizational development, and coaching frameworks

– Analytical mindset, stakeholder management strength, and proven team leadership

– Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments
