Location: Bangalore
Deal Sourcing and Screening:
– Identify potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis. Evaluate inbound deals and conduct initial screening to assess strategic fit.
Financial Modeling and Valuation:
– Build detailed financial models to project company performance, assess returns (IRR, MOIC), and conduct valuation using DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis.
Due Diligence Support:
– Assist in conducting commercial, financial, operational, and legal due diligence, coordinating with third-party advisors and internal teams to validate investment theses.
Market and Industry Research:
– Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic factors to support investment decisions and identify sector-specific opportunities or risks.
Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting:
– Track performance of portfolio companies post-investment, support value creation initiatives, and prepare regular performance reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
