A leading law firm is seeking an accomplished and driven Associate Partner with expertise in M&A, Project Finance, and Infrastructure transactions within the hospitality sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile deals, build client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm’s hospitality practice.

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle and lead transactions related to hotels, resorts, and broader hospitality infrastructure, including mergers, acquisitions, project financing, and joint ventures.

– Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation such as concession agreements, project financing documents, lease and development agreements, and hotel management contracts.

– Advise clients, including hotel owners, developers, investors, and financial institutions, on complex legal, regulatory, and financing matters.

– Support the firm’s business development efforts by expanding the client base, maintaining relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the hospitality and infrastructure space.

– Mentor and guide junior associates while collaborating with senior partners on high-value transactions.

Candidate Requirements:

– Experience: 8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in M&A, Project Finance, and Infrastructure, with a focus on hospitality sector deals. LLB Degree is a must.

– Specialization: Strong track record of advising clients in hotel and hospitality-related transactions.

– Legal Expertise: Exceptional skills in drafting, negotiation, and regulatory advisory, with in-depth knowledge of hospitality sector laws and financing structures.

– Client-focused: Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships, with a proven aptitude for business development.
