Job Description
Location: Mumbai
Title: Manager
Primary Responsibilities:
– Analyze Real Estate Industry trends and study of commercial micro-markets.
– Monitor and detailed understanding of various functions for portfolio companies including leasing, development, legal, financing, etc.
– Preparation of periodic updates for investors and stakeholders
– Assisting in quarterly valuations and exit strategy
– Periodic overview of leasing, debt and cashflows of the portfolio company
– Reviewing financial statement and analysis of various budgets, cashflows and MIS prepared by the management.
– Post-Transaction clean-up, follow-up on condition subsequent and regularization of entity level compliance.
– Oversee annual business planning and budgeting process. Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives set in the budget.
– Analysis and reporting of leasing through dashboards, exceptions report and MIS.
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (including JV partners) for reporting and presentations.
– Oversee and the external and internal audit processes.
