– M&A and Fund Raise, Strategy, New Business Initiatives, Investor relations, Treasury Management.
– Lead the strategic and financial planning.
– Evaluating M&A opportunities, leading equity/debt fund raising,
– Negotiating complex financial agreements, and managing corporate restructuring processes.
– Investor presentation, Financial modelling, Financial research, Industry benchmarking, Stakeholder management, Transaction Due Diligence.
