GENERAL SUMMARY:
Looking for a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant.
Financial Reporting and Controllership. This new role will evolve over time and is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and effective financial control
Roles Responsibility:
– Prepare and review periodic financial statements in compliance with IND AS, IFRS, and US GAAP
– Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
– Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure regulatory compliance
– Develop and implement financial reporting and controllership policies and procedures
– Monitor changes in accounting standards and update financial reporting practices.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
– Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
– Oversee internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate policies
– Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
– Manage cash flow and financial planning effectively
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
– Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
– Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a financial reporting role
– In-depth knowledge of IND AS and US GAAP
