18+ years professional exp from Services organization (IT, BPO, Analytics, Consulting org), handled at least 100 MN USD revenue.
Must have solid controller experience along with managing global stakeholders.
About:
1 Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, adherence to regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
2 Financial Strategy and Decision Support: Providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by the executive team. This involves evaluating investment opportunities, cost-benefit analysis, and identifying areas for performance improvement.
3 Business Performance Monitoring: Monitoring key financial and operational metrics, conducting variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, and proactively addressing performance issues.
4 Pricing: Determining the optimal pricing considering factors like cost, market demand, competition, and customer behavior. Using analytical tools and techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform pricing decisions.
5 Revenue Recognition and Billing: Overseeing company’s billing processes to clients
