Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives
– End to end P&L management for the category/business
– Stakeholder management and board deck preparation
– Build, lead, mentor, and manage the team, including hiring, training, and performance management
– Budgeting and financial reporting
– Strong understanding of business principles, financial planning, and market trends
Requirements:
– CA/MBA 10-15 years experience
– Strong exposure to business finance in E-Commerce
– Experience handling end to end P&L
