With ambitious plans for expansion, transformation, and long-term value creation, we are looking to hire a high-caliber Head of Finance who can evolve into the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) over the next 3-4 years as part of our structured succession plan.

Role Overview:

The Head of Finance will lead key verticals within the finance function including Financial Planning & Analysis, Controllership, Treasury, and Investor Relations. You will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, optimizing capital allocation, ensuring compliance, and supporting the leadership team in key strategic decisions. This is a CXO-track role designed for an agile, future-oriented finance leader.

Key Responsibilities:

– Strategic Finance Leadership: Partner with business heads and the executive team to drive business strategy, capital structure, and long-term value creation.

– Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory and accounting standards (IND-AS / IFRS).

– FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes. Deliver insights and analytics to drive business performance.

– Treasury & Fund Management: Optimize working capital, manage banking relationships, and ensure efficient capital deployment and fundraising where required.

– Investor Relations: Support external stakeholder communications including earnings calls, investor decks, and statutory disclosures.

– Governance & Risk: Ensure robust internal controls, SOX/ICFR compliance, and risk management practices across all business units.

– Automation & Digital Transformation: Drive implementation of finance digitization tools and modern ERP systems.

– M&A & Strategic Projects: Participate in financial due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration activities.
