Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic professionals for the role of VP / SVP – Investment Banking with a focus on Equity. The candidate should have a proven track record in deal origination and client relationship management within M&A, Private Equity, and Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Originate deals across M&A, Private Equity, and Capital Markets.
– Act as a sector/client coverage banker with a strong network and at least 5 years in client coverage.
– Build and manage senior-level corporate relationships.
– Lead deal execution and manage all phases of the investment banking process.
Required Skills:
– Demonstrated ability to originate and manage large deals.
– Excellent understanding of the deal-making lifecycle.
– Strong communication and client relationship skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a professional attitude.
– Proven team player with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Position: Senior vice president Investment Banking (Equity Focused)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 10 Years
CTC: Best in Industry (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Educational Qualification:
Graduate (Preferably MBA / CFA / CA or equivalent from a recognized institute in India or overseas).
