Role : Fundamental Corporate Credit Analyst
Experience: 5-15 Years
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurugram
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, including company financials, KPIs, capital structure, valuation analysis.
– Conduct in-depth credit analysis, monitoring industry trends, and assessing the credit impact of company-specific developments.
– Collaborate with front-office analysts to evaluate corporate credit quality and provide timely updates on financial models.
– Perform relative value analysis and other ad-hoc projects, including data compilation and analysis, due diligence insights to the front-office team and expand responsibilities into industry coverage over time.
Requirements:
– Master’s degree in finance or a related field or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
– Over 5 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, financial modeling, or a similar role.
– Strong fundamental corporate credit analysis skills, with the ability to assess credit risk and provide actionable insights.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
– Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and industry research.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with high-yield, stressed, and distressed credits.
– Strong understanding of credit markets and industry trends.
– Prior experience working in a front-office or credit analysis role.
