Roles & Responsibilities:
– Drive long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
– Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives across departments.
– Partner with business heads to evaluate financial performance and support strategic decisions.
– Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and MIS reporting.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
– Evaluate investment opportunities and ROI analysis for new business initiatives.
– Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external consultants.
Requirements:
– Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
– 8-12 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in the IT or tech-enabled services sector.
– Strong command of financial modeling, analysis, and strategy.
– Proven ability to drive cost efficiency and enhance profitability.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
– Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
Working Days: Monday to Friday Full-time.
