Branch Manager (Stock Broking)
Are you a dynamic and experienced leader with a proven track record in the stockbroking industry? Do you excel at driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and fostering a high-performing team? We’re looking for a motivated Branch Manager to lead our operations and expand our footprint.
What You’ll Do:
– As a Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind the branch’s success, with full accountability for its profitability and operational excellence.
– Revenue & Profitability: Lead the branch to generate revenue and achieve net profit targets as per ARG (likely a company-specific metric/norm) guidelines.
– Team Leadership & Motivation: Induct, facilitate, and motivate Dealers and Relationship Managers within your branch, ensuring they are aligned towards achieving branch profitability.
– Client Acquisition & Retention: Drive efforts to retain existing quality clients (both individuals and corporates) and acquire new ones by effectively networking with your current client base and leveraging your team’s efforts.
– Product Mix Management: Maintain a balanced product mix to facilitate de-risking and cater to diverse client needs.
– Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance of all dealings as per SEBI and Exchange guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of regulatory adherence.
– Operational Excellence: Take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch and proactively maintain the positive brand image of the organization within the market.
