With a strong presence in the market and robust growth plans, we are now strategically preparing for our Initial Public Offering (IPO). We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CFO to join our leadership team and drive our financial strategy, governance, and IPO-readiness.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Finance & Leadership
– Serve as a key member of the leadership team to drive overall business strategy and growth.
– Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and facilitate long-term growth and expansion.
– Guide the company through IPO readiness, including due diligence, regulatory compliance, and listing processes.
IPO Readiness & Execution
– Lead all financial aspects of the IPO process, including audits, investor presentations, SEBI compliance, valuation, and coordination with bankers, legal counsel, and advisors.
– Ensure timely and accurate preparation of offer documents, DRHP, RHP, and related filings.
Financial Planning & Analysis
– Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process.
– Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive performance improvement and cost efficiency.
– Monitor business KPIs, pricing strategies, and margin improvements.
Governance, Controls & Compliance
– Establish and maintain strong internal controls and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (GST, Income Tax, ROC, FSSAI, etc.).
– Oversee internal audits and risk management practices.
Accounting, Taxation & Treasury
– Supervise day-to-day accounting, taxation, and financial operations.
– Manage working capital, banking relationships, and treasury functions efficiently.
– Optimise capital structure and funding strategies in line with the companys growth.
Team Leadership
– Build and mentor a high-performing finance and accounts team.
– Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and performance.
Key Requirements:
– Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Preferably cleared in the first attempt.
– 78 years of post-qualification experience, with strong exposure to financial management, controls, and business partnering.
– Prior experience working in a food/snack/FMCG company is highly desirable.
– Hands-on experience or strong exposure in preparing and managing IPO processes is a must.
– Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and statutory compliance.
– Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to influence at the board level.
