Overview

– Prepare and monitor Monthly MIS Reports, highlighting expense abnormalities.

– Share departmental expense reports prior to HOD meetings.

– Conduct monthly product-wise costing and address discrepancies with the plant team.

– Perform monthly stock valuation and ensure submission to the bank before the 10th of each month.

– Compare physical and system stock; investigate and resolve any discrepancies.

– Calculate overhead (OH) cost for Semi-Finished Goods (SFG) & Finished Goods (FG).

– Update monthly cost data for FG and SFG.

2. Fixed Assets & Capex Handling:

Independently manage all capex-related activities including:

– Asset capitalization

– Asset identification and tagging

– Creation, transfer, and deletion of assets

– Maintain and update Capital Work in Progress (CWIP) details.

– Identify and remove zero-value or unavailable assets from the system.

– Prepare and maintain fixed asset schedules for audits.

– Handle monthly and annual depreciation working.

3. Audit Support & Compliance:

Prepare and submit auditor-required reports including:

– FOB Chart

– Import Material Consumption

– Energy Conservation Details

– Import Chart

– R&D Expenses

– Stores & Spares Consumption and Material Consumption Chart

– Address and resolve queries from tax and statutory auditors.

– Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all auditor data requirements.

4. Additional Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and submit reports such as:

– ER-4

– Working Capital Analysis

-DSIR Report

– NSS Report

– Cost Audit Documentation

– Provide other ad-hoc reports as requested by management or auditors.

Qualifications & Skills:

– CA/CMA/ACCA.

– 5-8 years of relevant experience in costing, MIS, and asset management (Manufacturing industry preferred).

– Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

– Working knowledge of stock valuation, fixed assets, and depreciation.

– Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements.
